Our goal was to create a beer that is lighter than air, but with enough complexity to be interesting. Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops combine to create aromas reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes. A bone dry finish and crisp effervescence make this a beer worthy of a champagne flute but just as comfortable in a pint glass.
