Manufactured locally to feed the building boom following the Great Fire, the humble Chicago Common brick was used for the structural walls and exteriors of countless buildings in the region. Later, maverick architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright saw the beauty in this workaday material and brought it to a position of prominence. Our Chicago Common beer echoes this tradition, using readily available classic ingredients to create something new and delicious. Fermented with the unique lager yeast from San Francisco.
